Job Description:

We are in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our company's growth by meeting customer acquisition and revenue targets, ensuring our competitiveness and innovation in the market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the potential of our sales team, crafting effective sales plans, and closing deals.


  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to successfully close deals.
  • Establish and communicate sales goals, keeping sales manager informed of progress.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, gaining insights into their business objectives and needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Report on factors influencing the strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Account Executive in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
